Malamala Beach Club hosts chef Lance Seeto’s newest island restaurant, which is fast becoming one of the hottest lunch destinations in Fiji. Opened in 2017, Malamala’s day menu is inspired by his 10-year journey capturing the region’s ancestral gastronomy and showcases majority local produce.
