Malamala Beach Club hosts chef Lance Seeto’s newest island restaurant, which is fast becoming one of the hottest lunch destinations in Fiji. Opened in 2017, Malamala’s day menu is inspired by his 10-year journey capturing the region’s ancestral gastronomy and showcases majority local produce.
Enjoy classic beach fare including Beef Sliders with espresso rum jam, Coconut Peri Peri Chicken or the ever-popular Mochiko Fried Chicken. For gourmet foodies, chef’s curated specials of Kokoda in scorched coconut milk, yellowfin tuna poke and spicy goat pie are a must if you are in search of good local foods.
To reach Malamala, book with South Sea Cruises and enjoy a fast 30 minute journey from Port Denarau marina. Upon arrival, you simply graze, get spun and luxuriate on a dedicated day-cruise island as you watch the rest of the world go by. Malamala Beach Club is open 7 days a week from 9.30am – 5pm.
